How long will it take you clean my carpets/furniture?
It depends on how dirty your carpets and upholstery are. In most cases a moderately dirty room sized carpet will take 40 minutes and a sofa in similar condition would take 30 minutes to clean and dry.
In some cases we might send as expert to visit your home or office at no extra cost to you, so we can assess properly and give you an honest opinion.
There are quite a few stains, can you definitely get them out?
We don’t use generic products to clean your home as we have developed our own processes and products to ensure we can get rid of most stains and give you the highest quality clean possible and leave your carpets and furniture dry.
However, there are some cases where we are unable to clean out the stain entirely, but we are confident that if we can’t make it disappear, nobody can.

Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We’re more than happy to move any furniture for you and then move it back once we are done cleaning. We advice that you move ornaments and breakables yourself before cleaning if possible.
